Follow requests are easier to act on
Tap a follow-request notification and it takes you straight to that person’s profile — and Follow Back now works right from there.
Onboarding moves faster
Forms during sign-up now advance field-to-field with the return key, and we check your username as you type instead of making you wait.

Mutual follows show up correctly. If you and someone else follow each other, you’ll now see them just once, under Friends — not duplicated under Following too.
A few small wishlist-screen cleanups. A handful of polish: an unusable “Add Products” tile no longer shows on other people’s wishlists, more breathing room above empty states, a shorter “limit reached” message, and a layout fix where a button was covering the upgrade link.
September 2026
Follow your people — and see who follows you
Snagg just got social. Follow the people whose lists you care about, build up your own followers, and see who you’re friends with — send and manage follow requests, all from one place.
See whose birthday’s coming up
A new birthday carousel puts upcoming birthdays front and centre, so you can get ahead and snag the perfect gift before the day sneaks up.
Add products even when you’re offline
Lost signal mid-add? Your product is held onto and created the moment you’re back online — nothing typed gets lost.
Share your profile with a real link
Sharing your profile now sends people straight to your page — not a generic homepage.

Google Sign-In actually works now. If Google Sign-In wasn’t working for you, that’s fixed — sign in with Google now works properly on every device.
Follow more than 50 people. Your followers, following, and friends lists are no longer capped at 50 — they load properly no matter how big your circle gets.
Paste any product link, we’ll handle the mess. Copied a link with extra text stuck to it? Snagg now sorts it out and grabs the product anyway.
Deleting your account got simpler. No more password required to delete your account — confirm you’re really you with a quick email code instead.
Camera feels quicker. Snap a photo and move on immediately — we don’t make you wait around for the capture to finish first.
Your counts update instantly. Your follower and friend counts now update live — no more pull-to-refresh to see the real number.
Your followers page, rebuilt. Followers and following got a proper redesign — tabs, actions, and search all in the right place.
Follow requests actually work now. “Follow Back” and “Requested” on your Followers tab now actually do something — they were sitting dead before.
Sign in and sign up, now one smooth screen. One screen for signing in or signing up — no more guessing which one you need, and no more stray half-made accounts along the way.
Know the moment someone follows you. Get a nudge when someone follows you or sends a request, so you never miss a new connection.
August 2026
Snag it so nobody buys it twice
Spotted something on a friend’s wishlist? Snag it to quietly mark it as handled — no more two people buying the same gift. You can snag your own items too.
Never miss a birthday again
Profiles now show a birthday badge counting down to the big day — with a “Today” marker when it arrives — so you know exactly when to snag something.
Add the colour and size, not just the thing
Products now carry their colour and size, so whoever’s shopping grabs the exact one you want — no more guessing which shade or which fit.

Your profile shows what you’re after. Your public profile now shows a live product count alongside your other stats — a quick signal there’s a wishlist worth browsing.
Remove it and it’s really gone. Remove a product and its share link goes dark too — anyone you’d sent it to can no longer open it. Removed means removed.
Leave whenever you like. You can now delete your account and your data straight from the app — no emails, no waiting. Your Snagg, your call.
Pick up your drafts right where you left off. Open any draft in its own edit screen, make your tweaks, and publish when it’s ready. Finishing a half-started product is finally effortless.
Every product shows up looking its best. Publishing now asks for a photo, title and price, so the wishlists you share always look complete and easy to shop from.
July 2026
Share your wishlist with a real link
Your wishlist now travels as a proper link. Drop it in the family group chat, add it to the party invite, send it to the one relative who always asks “so what do you actually want?”. Friends with Snagg open it straight in the app; everyone else gets a lovely page showing your list. No more socks. We mean it.
Sign in with Apple or Google
Passwords are like unwanted gifts: nobody asked, and now you have to deal with them. Skip the whole thing — hop into Snagg with your Apple or Google account in one tap. No verification-code scavenger hunt, straight to the wishlists.
Paste a link, we’ll fill in the rest
Drop in a product link and Snagg pulls the photo, title and price for you — no more typing it all out. A tidy preview shows while we fetch it.
Private wishlists and clearer limits
You can now make individual wishlists private, not just your whole account. We’ve also made your plan’s limits clear as you go, with a gentle nudge when it’s time to upgrade — no surprise walls.

A gentle nudge to get started. New to Snagg? A friendly prompt now points you to add your very first product, so your wishlist gets off the ground in seconds.
We tightened the locks. Behind the scenes we hardened Snagg’s security and privacy: stronger password rules, private accounts that are genuinely private, and tighter protection on your personal data. Nothing to do on your end — you’re just safer.
You’re in charge of your notifications. A new settings screen lets you pick exactly which nudges you get. Only want the “someone reserved your gift” ones? Done.
Product links open right in the app. Share a single product and friends with Snagg jump straight to it in the app, instead of a browser detour.
A password reset that feels like Snagg. Forgot your password? The reset now happens right inside the app — branded and calm — instead of bouncing you through a plain email page.
A better way to edit your products. Editing a product now gets the same care as adding one — redesigned to match the app, a save button that only lights up when something’s actually changed, a tap-to-undo confirmation when you do, no more getting stranded on the edit screen, and a fresh little celebration when your changes land.
Your drafts finally have a home. Half-finished products don’t vanish anymore. They wait for you in a dedicated My Drafts space, so you can start on the couch and finish in the checkout queue.
Everything updates live now. Follows, reserved gifts and reactions now show up the moment they happen — no pull-to-refresh, no waiting around.
Badges that tell you someone cares. That little red number on the app icon now appears when friends want to follow you — so you’ll never leave someone waiting at the door. Accept them, peek at their wishlist, judge their taste lovingly.
A smoother way to add products. We rebuilt the whole “add a product” flow. Choose which wishlist it belongs to as its own simple step, and if you’re in a hurry we’ll gently tuck an unfinished product into your drafts instead of losing it. Fewer taps, fewer “wait, where did that go?” moments.
A cleaner way to verify your email. Signing up got nicer. Your verification code now has its own proper screen — big clear digits, a resend button for when the email’s taking its time, and an easy way back if you fat-fingered your address. No more hunting for a tiny pop-up.
A big pile of little polish. Lots of small fixes that quietly add up: bottom sheets that open reliably every single time, search that finds friends from the very first letter, crisper currency flags, and a smoother onboarding start to finish. The kind of stuff you only notice when it stops annoying you.
Get nudged at the right moments. Snagg now taps you on the shoulder when it counts — when someone wants to follow you, when they start following, and when a request you sent gets accepted. Only the things you’d actually want to know about.
Your wishlists, only for who you want. New accounts are now private by default. One switch decides who sees your lists — keep them open to everyone, or approve followers one at a time. Your wants, your rules.
