Deleting your account

You're always in control of your data on snagg. There are two ways to remove it, depending on how much you want to let go of.

Delete specific data

You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove something. At any time, you can remove individual wishlists and products, change your profile photo, or edit and remove details from your profile, all without closing your account.

To do this: open the app and go to the wishlist or product you want to remove, tap the options button, then choose Remove Wishlist or Remove Product. For your photo and profile details, go to Settings → Personal Details.

If you’d like something permanently erased from our systems, or there’s something you can’t remove yourself, email us at business@snaggwishlist.app from the email address on your account and tell us what you’d like deleted. We’ll confirm once it’s done, within 30 days.

Delete your account

Deleting your account permanently deletes your profile, your contact details, the photos you’ve uploaded, your followers, following and blocks, and your sign-in. The wishlists and products you created are kept only in anonymous form: they’re separated from you, no longer appear in the app, and can’t be linked back to you. This can’t be undone, so it’s worth being sure before you go ahead.

To do this: open the app and go to Settings → Account Details → Privacy Controls → Delete Account. We’ll send a one-time code to your email to confirm it’s really you. Enter that code and your account will be deleted.
